Medical Marijuana Recommendation/Renewal

Service Description

Services are provided with 24 hour notice only. Must be able to verify previous medical marijuana registration on registry. Will be provided with paperwork to complete via email, must be completed at least 2 hours before appointment. Appointments are currently Friday only 8am-12pm PST.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours in advance, please note, appointments booked 24 hours or less before appointment are unable to be cancelled and will be charged for the full appointment.
