Service Description

Concierge services are for clients wanting more of a one on one relationship with their provider. This service allows the client to be scheduled for appointments within 48 hours of their request. Clients will have direct access to their provider for texting and emailing, with preference in return calls. Clients will also receive electronic submission of medications directly to their pharmacy.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours in advance, please note, appointments booked 24 hours or less before appointment are unable to be cancelled and will be charged for the full appointment.
