Psychiatric Evaluation-Telepsychiatry

55 minute Online/Telepsychiatry initial evaluation. Receive assessment and diagnosis of psychiatric disorders, along with evaluation of psychosocial and medical history. Receive referrals for further care, laboratory work requests, or medications if neccessary. New appointments must be booked atleast 48 hours in advance. After booking your appointment you will recieve confirmation of your appointment within 24 hours. Please note, you will receive a link to your email to complete intake paperwork on your client portal, this paperwork must be completed electronically atleast 24 hours before of your appointment in order to confirm your appointment. If paperwork is not completed in a timely manner, you will be asked to reschedule. Once appointment is confirmed you will receive a link to email with instructions of how to meet virtually with your provider. We have worked hard to make this process run smoothly for you, please assure you have a working computer with a camera, you may also use your cell phone. To assure you have the full appointment time to meet with your provider, please test your connection before your appointment. Please also assure you are in a quiet, safe and private space for your appointment.
