Service Description

Medications prescribed will require monthly management, in the beginning, to ensure proper dosing to minimize the risk of side effects with changes to treatment if necessary. Includes brief supportive psychotherapy. This service is available as a private pay (cash/credit) option. Please call if you are interested in using your insurance for services.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours in advance, please note, appointments booked 24 hours or less before appointment are unable to be cancelled and will be charged for the full appointment.
